Winter is around the corner !
Here are a couple of things we need to discuss before Winter,
*Driveway Clearing*
- We have have hired a snow removal company to clear the snow from your driveway, ( most of them are done by Jr Lawn and Snow, please email them @ [email protected], ask them to be added to their email list, include your address in the email. They will email you every time they come to clear your driveway. ( you can add as many emails as you want )
Walkway Clearing ( front door to driveway )
- The walkway clearing is the responsibility of the tenants. Shovels are provided. Clear a path minimum3 feet wide. And keep the walkway clear for the duration of the winter.
Salting
-It is the responsibility of the tenants, to salt the walkway or driveway if necessary to prevent slippery areas from forming, If you run out of salt, please email us.
Open doors and Windows
-It is winter, no open windows or doors will be permitted. Heating a house is very expensive
Electric Space Heaters,
-Plug in electric heater are not permitted. A fee of 100$ will be charged if we find any. If you are cold, please email us. Electric space heaters are dangerous.
