Winter is here, and Its time for our annual winter inspection!

Here is what is involved, 
 - Ensure the furnace filters have been changed, and there are enough supply to keep changing them MONTHLY 
 - All Smoke and C0 alarms are correctly Installed, and performing as they should. 
 - All fire extinguishers are Installed, and fully charged ( if applicable )  
 - Change all burnt out light bulbs 

We will change all of the batteries in 
 - Smoke alarms and other monitors
 - Change batteries in thermostats ( if required )
 - Change batteries in front door locks 
 - Remote controls of televisions we supply ( If applicable )

Look for any signs of damage or maintenance that requires attention, 

We will inspect all rooms, bedrooms and ( if applicable ) Garages

We are normally in and out in less then 30 Minutes,
