There any many ways to sub lease your property, 

Option 1) Some tenants choose to sub lease their properties themselves, if you choose to do that , we are ok with it.

Here is how our sub leasing program works.

1) We will do out best to sub lease your property, but no guarantee can be made.  

2) You are responsible to pay us the full rent on the 1st of the month as your lease states. 

Important things to note, 
 - We cannot guarantee to be able to sub lease for the full time period that you need, but we will try . 
 - We cannot guarantee to be able to sub lease for the full amount period that you need, but we will try . 
 - We will advertise, arrange showings, and take care of all of the paperwork for the sub-tenants
 - We will be responsible for any damage that our sub tenants do.   
 - We will answer all of the sub tenants calls and emails, they will contact us. 
 - We will send you 1 e-transfer within first 7 days of the sub tenants paying us.
- We charge 50% of the sub lease amounts (EX: We collect 2000 from the sub-tenants, within 7 days, we will send the amount to you)
