We appreciate your interest in one of our rental properties!

Below are the easy-to-follow steps to rent one of our units:
1) Contact us and make an appointment to visit the property. Floorplans and pictures are amazing, but nothing beats an in person visit.   (during covid we will accept giving virtual tours or videos)

The visit was a success and you would like reserve the property!

2) Every person (18+) that will be residing in the property must fill out an application.

3) A lease must be signed, (we do this electronically by e-mail) Yes!  you can legally sign your lease on your smartphone! 

4) In order to secure the unit, a payment equivalent to first and last month’s must be sent to the following e-mail address:

5) Once the lease is signed by every tenant and the payment is received the landlord will sign the lease.

 Congratulations, you are done !!
