If you fail to pay rent on time or advise us that the rent will be late, here are our charges: Even if you advise us, charges may still apply.
rents not received by the first of the month, will be subject to a 45.00 administration fee. It cost money to chase you, and you will be covering our costs,
Interest will be billed at an annual rate of 50%. We are not a finance company. If you have a need for money, please borrow it elsewhere.
