We offer the partnership as a turnkey program to help our tenants sublet their rental units when they cannot be there to manage it themselves. This is also a great option if you are a student who is away for the summer, this will help pay your rent while your home awaits your arrival or return!
How it works
1 - Inform us of the time frame that you would like us to try to sublet your unit.
2 - Inform us of any conditions you would like us to follow. We will then inform you of
what is feasible.
3 - We will then get the best possible price for the monthly or summer sublet.
4 - Before signing a sublet agreement, we will inform you of the terms were able to
attain.
5 - Please note that we cannot guarantee success for the full-time frame and/or the full
amount of the rent.
Our partnership Structure
The tenants continue to pay their rent on the 1st of the month, as agreed to as per the lease.
On the 4th of the month, we will e-mail (interact E-transfer) you an amount representative of 50% of the rent that we collected for that month.
EX: Your rent is 2000$ - you pay your rent on the 1st of the month as expected. Let’s say we were able to rent the unit for 1800$ that month. On the 4th of the month, we will E-transfer an amount of 900$ to one person in the group)
What we bring to the partnership
We will take care of all the marketing to maximize the opportunities of subletting
the unit. You do not have any contact with the subletters.
We will take care of all the service requests by the subletters, including move in and door key change fees, as well as all their requests during their stay.
We will ensure that before you return, the unit is cleaned and locks have been rekeyed, and of course at our cost.
