Spring Cleanup
This service Includes
1 - Full property is to be raked, all of raked grass is to be bagged into a paper bags
2 - All garbage is to be bagged, in plastic bags
3 - Rake under the cedars
4 - If also cutting grass, please use the bagger on the lawn mower.
5 - All winter debris is to cleaned off the property, such as rocks on grass, grit on walkways,
6 - All Winter shovels are to be picked returned to the shop ( 1015 Blair ) ( snow scrappers that have the orange markings are ours )
7 - if the grass is dry enough , property is to be aerated using the lawn aerating machine.
All bags are to be taken to 1015 Blair Road, behind the wooden fence
Regular Grass maintenance
1 - Grass cutting is to be done every 2 weeks.
a) First cut of the year is to be bagged with the lawn mover bagger.
b) All of the grass clippings are to be put into paper bags.
2 - Remove all garbage from the window wells
3 - All garbage is to be bagged in plastic bags
4 - if there any empty garbage cans on the side of the road please bring them in.
5 - A trimmer is to be used where necessary
6- property is to be have a nice look at the time of leaving
Fall cleanup
1 - Remove all of the properties from the property, ( either bag them of use the leaf vaccum )
2 - Rake under the cedars
2 - Remove all garbage from the window wells
3 - All garbage is to be bagged in plastic bags
