how lOng are your leases?

The majority of our leases are for a period of 12 Months. 

we are going back home for the summer, can we sublet ?

Yes, but keep in mind that you are still responsible for the rent. You pay us and the sub-letter pays you. Also, any damage done by your sublet is your responsibility and cost.  Ask about our exclusive fully managed sub-let program, where we take on all the work and just send you a monthly cheque.

can we renew or extend our lease ?

Absolutely, we always offer the current tenants priority on their own unit.
