If you wish to install a bedroom door lock we will not prevent you as long as you follow these instructions,
1) You will provide the keyed lock
2) You will reinstall the initial unkeyed lock when you move out, do not leave the keyed lock.
3) If you lock yourself out of your room, you will hire a lock smith as to not break or damage the door. Any damage caused to the door while you attempt to unlock it will be covered by you. ( mobile lock smith will open doors for approx 60.00 dollars)
4) Any damages or locks that need to be replaced will be billed at 60.00$ an hour plus material.
