There are 2 types of contractor work -    Inside and outside of the property 

Guidelines for in the property 
If you are working IN the property ( meaning inside the property where tenants live) 

Parking  - Don't park on the front lawn, park in a appropriate spot. 

Boots 
If you must wear you boots in the property, please make sure that they are clean or you wear boot covers. 

1) you may only enter the property on the date and time that you have been told between the hours you have been advised. 
a) Make sure you are entering the correct property at the correct time, 
b) Knock, ring the doorbell, IF after a few attempts no one answers, used the code that you were given.  
c) Once in the house, yell, HELLO, REPAIRMAN, IS ANYBODY HOME (repeat 2-3 times)
d) if you cant make it on the allowed day , then you must call the office , we will reschedule, we must provide the tenants a 24H hour notice of entry. 
e) You leave the property free of debris, clean. 
f) if you are unable to complete the job in 1 visit, please let the property manager know. 
g) if you need anything during the visit, please 











Garbage  - Don't leave garbage on site - 


We have a garbage bin , please use it :)
