30 days flies by so fast ! This is your 30 day inspection. Now that you have had a chance to live in the house for 30 days, we ask you to submit a sheet on what needs attention, what is broken, and if there is anything that is missing.

We will continue to fix anything that breaks after the 30 notice is received, but we wont as an example, "add furniture" after this date. EX move in date May 1 st , June 1st we receive your 30 day list, When Sept 1st roles around if you notice there is missing a side table, we will consider it too late.
